The Vision of San Antonio Learning Through Tennis, Inc. (SALTT) is to serve under-resourced youth in San Antonio area by offering tennis and educational opportunities that increase opportunities to pursue healthy, productive, and fulfilling lives as they transition from adolescence towards adulthood.​

SALTT's mission is to engage youth residing in communities served by Fairchild Park through quality, formalized, academic, social-emotional enrichment, and life skills programs that are highly accessible and augment school curricula while simultaneously instilling a lifelong appreciation of the sport of tennis.
